Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course, subject to these Terms.
The Verbs Master Class does not include:

Reading & Writing Course

It is a self-paced online course consisting of pre-recorded lessons and course materials.
No payment or refund provisions apply to this course.
We may modify, replace or discontinue free products or free access at our discretion.
Hebrew Weekly
Hebrew Weekly is a monthly subscription providing new Hebrew learning materials on a recurring basis.
Your subscription renews automatically each month using your selected payment method unless you cancel it before the next payment becomes due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next monthly payment is due. Cancellation prevents the next and all future renewals.
Payments already made for Hebrew Weekly are non-refundable. Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current subscription period.
Nothing in this provision affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2. Self-Study Format
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our courses are self-study online products.
Lessons are pre-recorded and are completed independently by the student.
Course summaries, homework and other materials may be provided as PDF files. These files can be opened or downloaded and, where appropriate, printed.
Students are responsible for having:
-
a suitable internet connection;
-
a device capable of accessing the course platform and playing online video;
-
software capable of opening PDF files; and
-
any printer or other equipment they wish to use.
3. Customer Support
Customer support is provided for issues concerning access to the product and the availability or functioning of the course materials.
For example, please contact us if:
-
you cannot access your purchased course;
-
a video or PDF does not open;
-
a course file or lesson appears to be missing;
-
there is a problem with your account, payment or subscription; or
-
something on the course platform does not function as intended.
Customer support does not include private teaching or tutoring. This includes answering individual Hebrew-language questions, re-explaining lesson content, reviewing homework, providing additional examples or exercises, or personally guiding a student through the course.
Questions about how to use a student's own computer, browser, printer, internet connection or other equipment are also outside the scope of customer support.
Customer support is normally provided in writing.
4. The Verbs Master Class — Payment Plans
When you purchase the Verbs Master Class, you are purchasing the complete course.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the total price and number of installments shown at checkout.
A payment plan is not a subscription. It is a payment arrangement for the purchase of the complete course.
After the applicable refund period, the payment plan cannot be cancelled by stopping future installments. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, all agreed installments remain payable.
If an installment is not paid when due, we may suspend access to the course until the outstanding payment has been made. Suspension of course access does not cancel the remaining agreed installments.
5. The Verbs Master Class — Refund Policy
The Verbs Master Class comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
If you decide that the course is not right for you, contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase and we will refund your purchase.
After the 7-day guarantee period, purchases are non-refundable.
Nothing in this refund policy affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6. Lifetime Access
Where a paid course is sold with lifetime access, you may continue accessing that course for as long as the course remains available through Hebrew Verbs.
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product and its availability through our business, rather than the lifetime of the individual purchaser.
We may update, reorganize, replace or move a course to another platform without this constituting termination of lifetime access.
If we permanently discontinue a paid lifetime-access course, we will take reasonable steps, where practicable, to notify existing students or provide another reasonable means of accessing relevant course materials.
7. Course Access and Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for working through self-study courses and their accompanying materials independently.
Not watching lessons, downloading materials, completing homework or otherwise using a purchased course does not constitute a failure by Hebrew Verbs to provide the course.
If a video, PDF or other course resource appears to be unavailable or defective, please contact us and identify the specific lesson or resource so that we can investigate.
8. Technical Requirements
Access to our online products requires an internet connection and compatible equipment and software.
We are responsible for maintaining access to the course materials and investigating problems with materials or functionality under our control.
We cannot provide individual technical assistance for customers' personal computers, tablets, phones, browsers, printers, internet connections or other equipment.
9. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
All videos, PDFs, exercises, lesson summaries, homework, texts, audio and other course materials are protected intellectual property.
Enrollment or purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use these materials for your own learning.
You may not:
-
share your account or login details with another person;
-
distribute or upload course materials;
-
reproduce course materials for commercial purposes;
-
resell the materials; or
-
make course videos or downloadable materials publicly available.
Downloaded materials are for your personal use only.
10. Availability and Course Changes
We may make reasonable changes to course organization, lesson order, presentation, hosting platform or materials in order to maintain, update or improve our products.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, platform outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute permanent loss of access.
11. Contact
Questions concerning course access, missing materials, payments or subscriptions may be sent through the contact information provided on our website.
When reporting a problem with course materials, please identify the relevant course and, where applicable, the specific lesson or resource so that we can investigate.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
For paid purchases, the terms applicable to the purchase are the terms in effect at the time of purchase, together with any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
